What is Aerobitone?

Aerobitone classes combine cardio fitness and toning exercises. So if you're looking for an Aerobics class with a difference then Aerobitone at Fitness Revolution is for you. Set to lively music with easy to follow moves and exercises, it will improve your stamina, flexibility and muscle tone.

Taught by Brooke Sullivan, Fitness Revolution's bubbliest, friendliest and energetic instructor, you'll enjoy every minute of one of our most popular classes.

What will Aerobics do for your body and fitness?

In general, aerobics burns fat and provides a long life, a healthy life and happiness. It increases a positive attitude in yourself and modifies your perception of looking towards life.

Regular aerobic exercises will force the heart to gradually enlarge and it is important to always target your heart rate. The frequent stress of aerobic exercise obligates the heart to progressively enlarge so future exercise eventually demands less effort. A larger heart permits us to maintain exercise for longer periods because more oxygenated blood can be transported to the working muscles. Furthermore it has the added benefit that a higher fat percentage can be used to supply the energy for exercise.

Meet our Bristol Aerobics Teachers

Brooke Sullivan

Brooke has been in the fitness industry for over 2 years. During this time she has taught group exercise classes such as: Spin, Core Stability, Circuits, Aqua Aerobics, Body Conditioning and Fitball in multiple gyms/hotels throughout the whole of the South West.

Now with Fitness Revolution, Brooke brings a bubbly, friendly and catchy personality to our studios in Bristol and has gained her Personal Training qualification and built her own website.

She has gained valuable experience within the industry and motivated many people of different ages, genders and sizes to enjoy exercise. Brooke's classes are always fun, enjoyable and addictive!

Fay Harding

Fay is a fully qualified Dance, Fitness and Zumba instructor from Bristol with 9 year's professional dance experience in theatres, casinos and hotels abroad as well as cruise ships.

Fay's training bagan at "All That Jazz" Dance and Fitness college in Bristol where she gained her RSA Exercise To Music qualification, A level Dance and a Diploma in Dance and Fitness.

She then continued her Dance training at Bodywork Dance Studios in Cambridge, where she studied all aspects of Performing Arts.

Fay teaches Zumba, Street Dance, Jazz, Disco, Burlesque, Salsa, Jive, Step aerobics, Keep fit and Bodytone to adults and children.

Every class she teaches is fun, enjoyable and easy to follow.
